About this house rental
With a fantastic view of Ibiza !!! A house with a lot of privacy and peace to relax. The construction of the house is typical of Formentera style. The living area of Casa Made in China is 120m². It is located in the middle of the property, between the garden entrance area and the pool area.
The covered entrance area of 50m2 contains a comfortable outdoor lounge as well as the dining area, an outdoor shower and a guest toilet. The pool deck, open to the terrace, with the fantastic view of Ibiza, offers with its 250m2 another lounge, a very large dining area, an outdoor sofa area, four-poster bed, sun loungers and a complete outdoor bathroom (with a view of Ibiza!) enough additional space to relax.
From the outside deck you have access to the roof of the house where there is another four-poster bed. On romantic summer nights you can admire the clear starry sky of Formentera.
The quiet residential complex with a wonderful sea view, as well as the conditions of the property, a large pool deck and the entrance garden area are unique in the village of Es Pujols.

Das Casa Made in China ist ein sehr schönes Objekt, besonders die Terrassen rund um das Haus sind luxuriös. Allerdings sind sie so groß und mit so vielen Sitzgelegenheiten dass man sie mit 4 Personen eigentlich in dieser Weitläufigkeit nicht benötigt.
Etwas kleiner hätte gereicht, dafür wäre es schön gewesen im Haus etwas mehr Platz zu haben. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Auch die Küche ist eher eine Kochnische und obwohl wir wirklich gern kochen, hat uns die Küche nicht dazu verleitet, mehr als Frühstück zuzubereiten.
Die Lage ist gut, man kann mit einem netten kleinen Spaziergang am Meer entlang Es Pujols erreichen, auch der Blick auf das Meer und Ibiza ist schön und beim morgentlichen Yoga auf der Terrasse sehr meditativ.
An den Wochenenden war es nachts sehr laut, ich weiß nicht ob bei Chezz Gerdi gefeiert wurde oder ob man die Disco hört. Auch tagsüber war es durch Maßnahmen an den Nachbarhäusern oft laut, daher 4 Sterne.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich eigentlich nicht angemessen, ich fand es etwas zu teuer.
