About this cottage rental
3 bedroom apartment, with large private garden and community pool, just 5 minutes from the beach and Santillana del Mar.
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living room with open and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, all with double bed (135 cm), 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, In addition to a beautiful garden with barbecue, table and chairs and a small house for the enjoyment of the little ones. It belongs to an urbanization with communal pool and playground.
We have a cot and high chair for a baby.
The quiet town of Oreña is located in a strategic place, between the medieval town of Santillana del Mar and the fishing village of Comillas. Its privileged location and its proximity to the Cantabrian coast, makes this town the ideal starting point for excursions and activities in the area. In the surroundings there are an infinite number of routes that can be traveled on foot or by bicycle.
The town has a few restaurants that are in greater numbers in the nearby larger towns.

A very clean flat, with three well-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is spic and span. The kitchen is well equipped (the only minor thing is that we missed some extra cutlery). There is a nice private garden to relax in and a swimming pool which is joined property. You have got two spaces to park your car(s) in the garage. You are very close to the beautiful town of Santillana del Mar (and the Lupo supermarket), Altamira, Comillas and lots of beaches. If you don't mind the distance, you can also go to Picos de Europa (we did the Ruta del Cares). We certainly recommend this flat. One thing that bothered us was that we already had to pay the full sum for this (rather expensive) flat when we booked it (in November, and we stayed there in July). A deposit and the rest of the sum later seems more correct.

La maison est très bien conçue, espace nuit/jour bien séparés pour que chacun puisse avoir son espace si besoin. Les terrasses sont très agréables et bien orientées. La résidence est très calme et très propre. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances grâce aux conseils de la propriétaire charmante. Une très bonne adresse de vacances.

Casita con encanto, preparada con todo detalle para disfrutar del viaje al maximo. Incluso una guia para informarte de que visitar en los alrededores. Superó nuestras expectativas, totalmente recomendable!
