About this apartment rental
Centrally located apartment near ocean, forest and town but still in a very quiet area. The apartment was renovated in 2019. The terrace on the south side is sheltered and sunny. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Platz für zwei Personen ausreichend (ich war mit meiner Tochter dort). Ausstattung sehr gut und Sauberkeit auch. Würden definitiv wieder buchen.

We enjoyed our vacation here! The terrace was such a nice touch, allowing us to grill and relax outside, The apartment is conveniently located near both the forest and the beach, making it easy to explore, Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet retreat,
