Holiday cottage located in the 1st row with panoramic views of Binderup Bugt. The house has a modern and practical decor. Energy-efficient heat pump. The house is surrounded by terraces so you can both enjoy the view from the terrace in front of the house or just relax in private on the closed terrace at the back of the house. Here you will also find a place for cleaning fish. The house is located just 250 meters from a restaurant and an ice cream parlor, perfect for enjoying local treats during your stay. It features a lovely outdoor kitchen, ideal for summer cooking and dining. Inside, there is a cozy alcove with two sleeping places, a television, and a beautiful view of the sea—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
