About this house rental
Holiday home in the 1st row with panoramic views of the roaring North Sea both outside and inside. The house appears bright and is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has a panoramic view of the North Sea and is equipped with i.a. flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player and cozy wood stove to spread coziness and warmth. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob / stove and microwave. Bright bathroom with bathing area, shower and toilet. There is both an open and covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. The house is located on a natural plot approx. 50 m from the North Sea and a lovely child-friendly beach. The area also offers a large common area with a large playground, football field and campfire site, etc., where you, among other things. can make puff pastry and marshmallows. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
