About this house rental
Well-appointed holiday cottage approx. 200 m from the sea and approx. 500 m from the fjord. There are 3 terraces, one of which is closed, so small children and the dog can run freely. From the east faced terrace and living room you have views of meadows and the fjord. The personalised and detail oriented furnishings provide goods setting for your holiday. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen. Behind a windbreak is an outdoor shower with cold/hot water. Freezer is in the shed. Free entry to Danland Søndervig water park. No letting to youth groups. NOTE: The water park is closed from 22.10.2022 to 10.02.2023A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
