A bright and welcoming holiday cottage with 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine located approx. 400 metres from a child-friendly beach. The mezzanine is surrounded by a galvanized handrail to prevent children from falling. There are various TV channels in the house. Large living room with direct access to a south-facing and partly covered terrace built in 2018. Garden with a bonfire pit and where it is possible to play ballgames and enjoy the playtower or trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The house is located on a secluded property. There is an energy saving heat pump. Charger for electric cars, It is type no. 1 and 2 and 16 Amp fuse.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
