A highly uniquely located holiday cottage only a stone's throw from the Wadden Sea - Europe's largest "pantry" for migrating birds. This row house has direct view of the sea from the terrace, ground floor and 1st floor. Approx. 6 km to an 18-hole golf course. Floor heating with tiles in living room and kitchen, where there is modern furnishing. American refrigerator with plenty of freezing capacity.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

A great spot for a family holiday! The location is quiet and peaceful, just a short walk to the beach, The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin our stay,

We had a fantastic family getaway at this holiday home! The spacious layout allowed everyone to have their privacy, and the view of the Wadden Sea from the terrace was simply stunning, Perfect for birdwatching enthusiasts!
