Eagle's Perch is a a luxury whole-house mountain lake home set up for a vacationing couple or single and part of Dreamscapes Getaway. Nestled among 90 protected acres, Eagle's Perch is considered a world class accommodation. You home is located on a small, privately owned 90 acre luxury Farm. Formerly booked selectively, we are Northwest Georgia's best kept secret. Eagles Perch is a very well appointed home with luxuries such as hypoallergenic down filled blankets, soft Egyptian natural cotton towels, organic cotton sheets , antique furnishings, a private library with desk and classic art. We are a green property and provide organic and natural soaps and shampoos as well as organic cotton robes for your use during your stay. Please note: This property is not set up for children. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted. Adults only please!

We are a mid or long term rental property. A 3 night minimum stay is requested.


Our land is pure and in keeping with the earth's natural balance; we never apply chemicals, pesticides or harmful sprays in our gardens or on our property. Our air is clean, crisp and free of pollution. Our lake is a natural, spring fed lake and your freshly caught fish are naturally free of toxins and delicious on the grill! We have an ongoing "Love Affair" with our land and food produced on our land, the crisp country air, our water and our wildlife .

At Eagles Perch, you will find your private Eden! Nestled in a quaint corner in the foothills of Northwest Georgia near Berry College, The Rome Braves Stadium and Barnsley Gardens , our upscale romantic getaway property is for the guest that appreciates natural surroundings, peace and quiet. Falling Leaves, Sunsets, Fresh Water Lake Fishing, Kayaking , or Paddle Boating on our lake. We offer Hiking Trails, Wild Deer roaming about, Ducks, swooping Geese and of course, Eagles abound! Privacy is yours with a mile long road as the entrance and only two homes scattered nearby, accommodations are serene and luxurious. For those that seek the ultimate in privacy, anonymity, and seclusion. The Eagles Perch is a perfect Lover's escape. Executives, writers, high profile individuals, and honeymoon couples find this home inspirational.

Please note:Every area of the house shown in the photos is available for you to enjoy. The Eagles Perch has additional bedrooms upstairs. However, these areas are reserved for our family during holidays and when the property is vacant.We do make exceptions to renting out an additional king bedroom upstairs to adults only as requested . Additional fees apply over 2 persons. Due to the upscale furnishings, and insurance restrictions , no young children allowed. This rental is for adult couples or singles only! Maximum capacity for 2 adults downstairs in master suite and upstairs ( additional cost) 2 additional adults.

The Space: In season, the Eagle's Perch offers a cozy gas log fireplace , Weber Grill, Keurig coffee maker with organic coffee packs, full gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and Caphalon cookware which, are just a few of the amenities included.

Nourishment: Your reservation includes a complimentary International breakfast on your first day placed in your refrigerator, to include fresh eggs from our own organic hens, natural seeded bread or bagels, fruit marmalade and the finest butters. A grill is available on the deck overlooking the lake. You may enjoy meals on your private screened porch with a 200 year old chestnut tree as your only companion or in your formal dining area. Organic Gardens are on site. You may also order from our optional 5 star catered menu, or bring your own food. Note that catered menu orders must be received 7 days prior to arrival. Nearby 5 star dining at the 1812 house at Barnsley Gardens.

Activities: Bring your own fishing gear and enjoy fresh bream, crappie, bass and bluegill from our "Green" 5 acre lake that you prepare on your Weber while overlooking the lake and forests. Enjoy our fire pit, lakeside, during the late evening hours as you share that special bottle of wine. Inside our boathouse there is a paddle-boat for use by guests. We have two kayaks on site for your use. Walk our trails, fish our lake or simply kick back, relax . You will enjoy down time in your King Master Bedroom Suite with an adjoining bath that boasts a deep water private Jacuzzi tub bath and separate shower.
