About this apartment rental

Part of a large house, the studio occuppies the entire ground floor with it’s own entrance. Recently renovated, it’s very cozy and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for short and long stay. Only 30 minutes from the Channel Tunnel.
Located at the heart of the village just opposite of the local Boulangerie, you can also access a pharmacy in 3 mins walk.
The nearest city is Saint Omer. Within 10 mins driving you will have access to lovely restaurants, pools, cinema, museums, forest...
nearest beach is 30 mins driving.

The property is very clean, very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect to explore the different cities, museums, places of interests in the area. I loved the quiet village of Hallines and cherry on top of the cake , no punt there! Property is located across the road from a French patisserie with cakes to die for!

Thanks to Matt & Family for an excellent week in Hallines. Fantastic studio in a brilliant location. Patisserie, bar, Takeaway ( chippy) , car park for car, all within 1 minute walking distance. St Omer 13 mins drive. Marylene was an excellent host , always there when required, MERCI MARYLENE! Tip of the holiday: take a translation app on your phone if your French is as bad as ours! Once again , Merci, and we would strongly recommend this studio gem. Jimmy & Tony xx

We enjoyed our stay but think instructions on how to use cooker and heater should be given to people staying. Also there was no knife for cutting vegetables etc..

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Hallines sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir wurden von Marylène sehr herzlich empfangen und die Übergabe hat trotz unsererseits fehlender Französischkenntnisse prima geklappt. Die Lage ist ein perfekter Startpunkt für Radtouren und Ausflüge in der schönen ländlichen Umgebung und zum Meer. Unsere Radtouren nach St. Omer, einer historischen Stadt mit einem schönen Ortskern, haben viel Spaß gemacht und sind zu empfehlen. Die gegenüberliegende Bäckerei mit vielen Leckereien hat unser Frühstück täglich prima bereichert!

Accueil cordial et propreté irréprochable. Propriétaire serviable. Très bien équipé. Prix très intéressant. La boulangerie et le Parking en face sont pratiques. La proximité avec la route peut être une nuisance sonore malgré le triple vitrage mais il y a très peu de circulation la nuit, jusqu'à 7h30. Globalement satisfaisant

Très bon accueil. Studio agréable et bien équipé. La literie est "un peu juste" pour des personnes ayant des soucis de dos. Seul bémol, le studio est situé dans un carrefour avec une circulation assez intense et il manque un petit espace extérieur. Par contre, Hallines est vraiment un village bien situé pour visiter cette belle région des Hauts de France.

Une semaine entre parenthèses dans un accueillant gîte dans les Hauts de France... Idéal pour explorer la région ... Saint Omer, Boulogne-sur-Mer... Lens pour recouvrir son Musée, Calais pour éventuellement aller à Londres pour faire du shopping...!!! Logement fonctionnel, sobre ... sans fioriture et très propre. Gentiment reçus par Marylene, discrète ... mais disponible. Le petit plus .... une boulangerie juste en face sur la place ... et aussi la célèbre baraque à frites! Aimable Monsieur qui sert des portions de frites gigantesques!!! La serviabilité et l'amabilité des Gens du Nord sont vraies ...

Logement spacieux et fonctionnel dans l'ensemble, et il est bien situé. Le système d'éclairage est performant et sympa mais pas des plus faciles à manier. Un léger bémol, concernant le bruit : situé au Rdc sur une rue passante. Et un regret = l'absence de lave-linge.

Un logement très cosy et très propre, une belle rénovation où il y a tout ce qu'il faut . Marylène qui nous accueillis a été "aux p'tits soins" pour nous. Le lieu nous a beaucoup plu ( proche de la côte, de la Belgique). Nous n'y étions qu'une semaine et cela a été vraiment trop court, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire aux alentours. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.
