About this house rental
Situated in Cape Woolamai. Great surf beach (best banks in Woolamai). Beautiful coast line, easy to walk. Take a short drive to San Remo. Day trips on the island: Seal Rocks, Pengiuns, adventure/nature parks, Churchhill island.
Property Features
Upstairs consists of:-
Reverse cycle AC/heater and woodfire coonara. Fully equiped kitchen and living area with TV/DVD and stereo. Gas BBQ and outdoor setting, with a shade for those extra hot days.
Fours bedrooms (sleeping up to 9) and two bathrooms.
Downstairs (in the garage) consists of:-
Pool table, stereo, tv and lounge area. Laundry and toliet.
Outside:- fire pit, outdoor setting, large back yard, water tank.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Bedding Configuration & Arrival /Departure times:-
Bedroom 1:- 1 queen bed with ensuite and LCD
Bedroom 2:- 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3:- 1 bunk (king single top and bottom),
1 bunk (single top)(double bottom)
Tv and DVD player, great room for kids
Bedroom 4:- 1 single bunk
Tenants are required to provide their own linen for the duration of the stay (including sheets,pillowcases & towels). All doonas and pillows provided.
Linen can be provided by Phillip Island Linen Service ph .
Check in time 2:00pm
Check out time 10.00am
However we can be very flexible in non peak dates

The property was great for two families with kids, comfortable and very well maintained.
Nobody in our group even noticed the lack of Internet since downstairs playroom was full of activities to do. The perfect place for family bonding. Kids never got bored in 5 days.
If I would like to have something improved, it would be the amount of chairs, since there wasn't enough for all of us to seat around the table for food or games.
We all enjoyed a lot staying at the property, specially during night time around the fire pit.
We will go back there in the future and we would recomend anyone to stay there.

Great house for teenagers, especially. Walking distance to gorgeous beach & Woolamai shops / cafe / take away. Loved our stay.

This has been the fifth or sixth year we have stayed here. A group of our friends come to stay almost every year. The house is perfect for multiple couples, with plenty of room for spreading out. Outdoor balcony (with bbq) for lounging, a game room in the basement for darts, pool or table tennis, and a spacious backyard. The house is a quick walk to the beach, or a bike ride away from the MotoGP track. Mark and Lisa are always quick to answer any questions or take care of what you need.

We had the best time, house was fabulous all the extra touches like cooking utensils, equipment for catering for our two families was above what l have ever experienced at any other accommodation. Mark and Lisa were the best hosts allowing us to stay for a longer check out period so that we missed all the traffic. The game rooms was a huge hit, we had a great time and we would definitely return in the future.
