About this house rental
Holiday cottage located approx. 100 metres from the ocean on an elevated plot approx. 20 metres above ground level providing a great panoramic view over the Little Belt. Good fishing opportunities. Short distance to e.g. Aabenraa, Haderslev and Legoland where the kids can have a lot of fun in Legoredo and Pirate's Country. In the area you will also find Kolding, Sønderborg, Dybbøl Mølle (old mill) and Schackenborg Castle.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Comfortable and well-equipped, this holiday home met all our expectations, The two bathrooms were a bonus for our group of four, We spent most of our time fishing nearby, which was fantastic, The location is quite serene, making it perfect for relaxation after our day trips to places like Kolding and Sønderborg, All in all, a pleasant stay!
