About this house rental
Holiday cottage in 1st row directly overlooking the North Sea. There is energy-saving air condition/heat pump. From the partly covered terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy the sunset while having dinner. The house has bright and practical furnishings with combined kitchen and living room. The living room has panoramic views of the North Sea and has e.g. flatscreen TV, DVD player and a wood-burning stove for cold evenings. Bright bathroom. The house is located on a large natural plot approx. 50 metres from the ocean and the child-friendly beach. A short distance from the house you will find a large playground, football field and a bonfire place where you can roast marshmallows and bake twisted bread. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location is truly fantastic, just steps from a child-friendly beach, The cottage itself is spacious and practical, featuring everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The wood-burning stove was a nice touch on colder evenings, While the amenities were simple, they were more than sufficient for our family's needs, A great place for a peaceful retreat!
