About this house rental
Empire Views is a designer house built with relaxed family holidays in mind. There is plenty of room for family and friends, with 3 cleverly designed bedrooms including 2 sets of bunks. The location is fabulous, being private, with views across the Hauraki Gulf, and with the lovely Enclosure Bay beach at the end of the road.
The top floor has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with multiple sliding doors opening onto a deck on one side, and onto a large outdoor living area at the end. This outdoor area also has a louvre roof, giving good shade from the all day sun!
On the top floor is also the master bedroom, with ensuite, the family bathroom and a great bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks. Downstairs is the third bedroom and another bathroom.
The house is well equipped with Apple TV, Bose bluetooth speaker, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a busy day at the beach.
Ideally located a 5 minute drive from Oneroa Village, it is also within 500 metres of 4 great beaches, and within 10 minutes drive of more beaches, a golf club, great wineries and restaurants. Empire Views is also at the foot of the Mackenzie Reserve, a 10 acre reserve with lovely walks.

Note: this house is only suitable for up to 4 adults, it can sleep up to 6 if a family group.

Lovely location. Lots of space but only one decent sized bedroom with cupboard space. The other bedroom was very small including a bunk bed and no space at all for clothes or belongings etc. How 4 people would manage I have no idea. The other bedroom had 2 bunk beds and faced west with large windows that would not open more than a few cms. Hence extremely hot and certainly unsuitable for 4 people. We just had a small child in there and even then it was airless and hard to cool down. Strange to have a house advertised to sleep 10 people but only 2 people can sleep or live comfortably. Also parties are not permitted so not suited to adults and certainly not suitable for many children.
