About this house rental
Holiday cottage approx. 200 m from the ocean on 1800 m² secluded natural plot. You can hear the ocean from the plot that also has perfect settings for various ball games. Sometimes a deer or a badger passes by. The house is in 2 levels and has a spacious layout. There is a wood-burning stove on both levels. Firewood DKK 150/week. There are 3 bedrooms of which the largest is located on 1st floor.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Overall, a nice stay, The cottage is just a short walk from the ocean, and the bedrooms are comfortable, The living area was spacious enough for our family, and we appreciated the heating during the cooler nights,

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach gehalten, die Möbel haben schon einige Zeit hinter sich. Die Schlafräume sind sehr klein, der Spitzboden ist eher als Spielhöhle für Kinder ab ca. 9 Jahren geeignet. Kleiderschränke sucht man bis auf einen schmalen Spind vergebens. / Im großzügigen Wohnraum gibt es Spiele. Im Schuppen an der Terrasse ist ebenfalls Spielzeug zu finden, außerdem der Grill, Gartengeräte, etwas Werkzeug, zusätzliche Gartenstühle und einen Sonnenschirm. / Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt. Den Müll sollte man gut sortieren. Bei sechs Personen in zwei Wochen Urlaub und täglicher Essenzubereitung kann es sonst eng in der Mülltonne werden. / Die "Anglerhütte" war leider Ablageplatz für Baumaterial. / Ein Antimückenspray sollte unbedingt für den Aufenthalt draußen im Gepäck sein. / Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Wer Ruhe sucht und eine Bademöglichkeit ist hier richtig. Von hier aus stehen viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zur Wahl. Ebeltoft mit seiner schönen Altstadt, der Fregatte und dem Glasmuseum. Grenaa mit dem Kattegadcenter, den Hafenanlagen und der Altstadt, die zum Bummeln einlädt. Rønde hat eine sehr schöne Einkaufsmeile. Unweit davon gibt es Kalø Slotsruin zu besuchen, eine Burgruine, zu der man auf einem schmalen Weg mitten durch eine Kuhweide gelangt. Ein Erlebnis für die ganze Familie ist ein Besuch des Erlebnis- und Freizeitparks Djurs Summerland. / Ein Besuch der vielen Hofläden mit dem frischem schmackhaften Obst und Gemüse der Region sollte unbedingt auf dem Einkaufsplan stehen. / Für die Verständigung ist Englisch oder dänisch von Vorteil. Deutsch wird eher weniger gesprochen oder verstanden.

Es ist einfach wunderschön ruhig in der Gegend. Wenn man mit Kinder fährt muss mann ca eine halbe Stunde bis Stunde einplanen um an Zoos Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Safari Park zu gelangen. Wir haben gerne die zeit investiert.
