Confortable holiday cottage - totally renovated in 2007. Quiet location approx. 200 metres from one of the best and child-friendly sandy beaches of Bornholm. The cottage has two bathrooms (from 2007) with underfloor heating. Open kitchen area, 2 big terraces with garden furniture. In Balka you will find tennis, windsurfing and mini golf. Walking distance to the fishing hamlet of Snogebæk with small restaurants, shops and a smokehouse. Nexø, the biggest fishing harbour of Bornholm, is approx. 3 kilometres away.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, umgeben von Wald.
Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich gut. Es ist an alles gedacht.

Wir waren zu einer Zeit in Urlaub, als schon einige in der fußgängigen Umgebung zu erreichenden kleine Strandlokale geschlossen hatten. Bornholm bietet aber so viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die wir in der kürze der Zeit nicht mal alle besuchen konnten.

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage, nicht weit zu einer wunderbaren Dünenlandschaft. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt.
