About this house rental
Holiday cottage located on a 950 m² large natural plot at the end of cul-de-sac. The house has been renovated in late 2010-2011 with additions of bedroom and bathroom. The house has a wood-burning stove and appears very well maintained. There is ac bike shed and swing set and sandpit. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Man sollte sich Putzmittel einpacken. Auf den ersten Blick erscheint alles sauber. In den offenbar seit langem von innen nicht gereinigten Schränken findet man dann aber schmutziges Geschirr. Es handelt sich um alten Schmutz. Hebt man die Stuhlkissen findet man alte Brötchenkrümmel. Die Bezüge des Sofas benötigen dringend eine Reinigung. / Ersatzmatratzen sind auch empfehlenswert. Alle Betten sind durch gelegen und man bekommt Rückenschmerzen. / Der Besitzer hat es übrigens nicht versäumt, jedes noch so kleine Fleckchen mit Nippes zu zu stellen. / / Man wird schriftlich willkommen geheißen und gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass bei der Reinigung auch schon mal Spinnweben übersehen werden können. Das sei nicht zu vermeiden. / Das Haus ist vergleichsweise preiswert. Vielleicht ist das der Grund dafür, dass es eben nur oberflächlich sauber erscheint. Dies findet man in Ferienhäusern aber inzwischen häufig. Es wird ja nicht mehr richtig geputzt, sondern es werden lediglich Sprays aufgetragen, die dann weggewischt werden. Offenbar glaubt man da den Versprechungen der Werbung, die suggeriert, das man damit beste Ergebnisse erzielt. / Die Küste entschädigt dann aber für die vielen Mängel.
