About this apartment rental
Bright and spacious apartment in a former kindergarten, located in a quiet neighborhood with 20 minutes walk to the center of Skagen. The apartment is furnished with a large open living / dining room, modern and timelessly furnished. Nice large open kitchen and solid bathroom. Nice large bedroom and room with 2 bunk beds. There is a view of the enclosed garden with fruit trees and the possibility of activities for the children, including trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Terrace with good opportunities for shelter. The apartment is a twin apartment with house number 42601. There is therefore a good opportunity for 2 families with children to holiday together. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

There was a bad smell in the house. Particually in the bathroom. The kitchen was ok.
