About this house rental
Spacious holiday cottage located on a fenced plot with panoramic water views. The large pool room has large windows so you can enjoy views of the ocean, and includes a 24 m² large pool, 2-person whirlpool and sauna. There is also a shower in the pool room. From the pool room there is access to the large terrace. The house has plenty of terrace space and a patio, so the chances of finding a place in the sun and to have a cosy barbecue is really good. From the large living area you have views of the pool room through the glass doors so that you can keep an eye on the bathers. Petanque for the adults. Approx. 50 m to the sandy/pebble beach. There are also very good fishing right from the beach.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
