Upscale condominium FRONT OF THE HIGH SEAS, at the northern end of the Bay Beach, side of the Peninsula. At 80 meters from the beach.
Large leisure infrastructure, with 5 swimming pools, views of sea, games room (5) ping pong, billiards, ballroom (3), tables for playing cards, grills (3), one facing high sea, sauna, squash court, professional gym, playground, exclusive lounge for children, with tV, large blackboard to draw, foosball, hopscotch, tables, chairs, sports court, bicycle, fishing on the rocks.

A wonderful place to rest and vacation and weekends. Perfect for kids that go far to enjoy the beach, swimming pools, playground, party room, the fit has 2 Styrofoam boards. In the holiday period there is a cafeteria in the building next to the pools.

Almost always I am to receive them (I have another fit for family use). Show the condo for better use during our stay, I report to see if it's all in order.

Condo with great restaurants nearby (Dalmo, Rufino, Il Faro). calm beach with many kiosks by the sea, jet ski rentals, boat rentals.

Eu e minha familia amamos o lugar, apartamento super limpo e aconchegante, tem tudo que precisamos.o condominio tem uma excelente infra estrutura, piscinas super limpas.
Sr Michel super educado, atencioso e prestativo.

Condomínio excelente, estrutura completa, principalmente para lazer, porém precisa de algumas modificações, como a ventilação na sala de jogos e parquinho para crianças, a porta é automática e não existe janelas basculantes, impossível usufruir destes ambientes! Quanto ao apartamento, muito bom, mas também precisa de modificações, a geladeira não gela, precisa trocar! E não tem travesseiros, precisa levar! No mais, fomos bem recepcionados, o sr. Michel muito prestativo e atencioso, ficamos muito satisfeitos, tudo muito tranquilo, pertinho da praia, sossego pra quem tem crianças! Recomendo e numa próxima oportunidade alugo novamente!
