About this house rental
Magnificent holiday cottage on the outskirts of idyllic Allinge (town). The cottage is located on a sloping plot with a small brook running through the garden. The cottage is furnished in the modern, Scandinavian style with vaulted ceiling permitting a lot of natural light to enter. Terrace with garden furniture and grill. The cottage has modern, Scandinavian furniture. Big bathroom with whirlpool - extra toilet with washing machine. From the cottage there is a few hundred metres to the fine sandy beach at Næs and the rescue path between Allinge and Tejn. Just beneath the slope you have a smokehouse.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
