About this house rental
A holiday cottage with whirlpool, modernised in 2007. The whirlpool fits 2-3 people. Large kitchen and living room and floor heating in all rooms. The location is secluded on a cul-de-sac with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach, approx 150 metres from the house. The natural plot is large with space for play and games. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and has a sandbox.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das es so nah am Wasser ist

Am Besten war die Lage zum Strand, wir waren blitzschnell da und der Strand war sehr schön. Außerdem ist das Haus in einem kleinen Wäldchen gelegen. Da wir in der Vorsaison da waren, hatten wir auch Besuch von Hase und Reh, was unserem Kind sehr gefallen hat. Und zu erwähnen ist das tolle Schwimmbad in Frederikshavn, dessen Eintrittspreis im Hauspreis drin war. Das haben wir auch ausgibig genutzt.Zusätzlich zu den luxeriös vielen Schwimmbahnen und dem tollen Schwimmlernbecken, das wir richtig genutzt haben - jetzt kann unser Kind schwimmen! -, gab es auch noch diverse Saunen und ein Fitnessstudio im Schwimmbad, die im Badeintritt incl. waren. Supertoll!

Die Entfernungen zu Restaurant und Einkaufen ist für Gäste sowohl mit dem Rad als auch mit dem Auto zu bewältigen. Wir haben viel bei unseren Erkundungen der Gegend mit erledigt. Der Strand ist superschnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
