About this house rental
Holiday cottage with large terrace located on a secluded natural plot approx. 10 min drive from the North Sea. The house has a functional layout with a spacious kitchen-family room. From the living room you have access to a covered terrace. Jegum Ferieland has approx. 700 holiday cottages. Not far from the house you will find mini market with bread, groceries etc. The area offers a playground with a bouncy cushion, petting-goats, mini golf, tennis courts, basketball, soccer etc.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Ideal for a weekend retreat, Everything is set up nicely, and the location is great for exploring the North Sea, Only downside was the noise from the nearby road, but it didn't ruin our stay,

We enjoyed our stay, though there were a few things we wished were better, The heating took a bit to get going, but the owner was very responsive, Overall, the location and layout of the house were great for our family,

The cottage was well-equipped and comfortable, with two bathrooms which was handy, We appreciated the nearby mini market for quick grocery runs, The kids loved the playground and bouncy cushion, keeping them entertained while we relaxed,
