About this house rental
This swimming pool house is located approx. 90 m from the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun or watch the birds as there is a bird sanctuary adjacent to the area. You can take a dip from the jetty in summer. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning deviates from the normal listed price. The indoor swimming pool is in the unique round brick building that has windows all around, so you can observe nature from the pool and whirlpool. The house is located 4-5 km south of one of the best beaches.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
