Welcome to a beautiful holiday home with a lakeside plot in a scenic setting, located on the beautiful peninsula of Rossöhalvön on Orust. This holiday home has a beautiful ocean view and is perfect for a family or company who appreciate a rural environment, close to the ocean and access to a relaxing bath barrel and boat. You will stay in an idyllic scenic environment with the close by pastures filled with grazing sheep’s, here you have disposal of a lawn on 4 hectares which is one part of the owners lakeside plot. You can sit down on the lovely patio where you can enjoy the beautiful view after a good meal, or you can relax in the large bath barrel which is situated on a small plateau where you can overlook the ocean. The “heart” of this holiday home is the tastefully decorated living room. Here you can find a beautiful dining area, TV corner with leather armchairs, library and a piano. Connecting with this living room is a bedroom which is equipped with a double bed, so there is no door between these two rooms. This holiday home has a modern kitchen area along with a fresh bathroom with shower cabin. There is a separate guest house included with this holiday home, equipped with two single beds, perfect for couples or teenagers who would like some privacy. There are two extra fold-out beds available; these two can be fit in the living room in the main house. The holiday home is close to beach, which is shallow and a little muddy, or you can walk about 200m to some fine cliffs where you can bathe. There is also here the boat which can be rented lays docked. Otherwise is the fine bathing spot of Rossö located 1km away, here you can find bathing ladder and a diving tower among other. Take the opportunity to hike in the nature reserve of Rossö, where there are several fine areas where you can stroll around in meadows and pastures. The water is perfect if you would like to fish, since there are plenty of mackerel and trout. You can discover the archipelago and the fishing communities around Orust or take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. If you are interested in shopping you can go and visit the town of Göksäter where you can find the department store of Arvid Eriksson, only a short car ride away. Orust offers plenty of activates during the summer: festivals, paddle canoe, diving and play golf. The owner lives on a separate plot approximately 20 meters away from your holiday home. There is free access to the bathing barrel which is booked on site with the owner. the boat can be booked from June to August. The owner cares for the guests' safety and therefore, the boat can only be booked in June, July and August, as a safety precaution for the unruly sea. All pre-boked and pre-ordable orders as well as deposit can be payed in Euro. We recommend you to book a final cleaning when bringing animals.
