Wow - this amazing brand new beautifully appointed single family custom beach home features ocean sunrise and bay sunset views with refreshing southerly breezes from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Located One Block from the beach, this home is centrally located to the Stone Harbor recreation center, which has tennis and basketball courts as well as baseball fields and parks for the family. You can park your car (3 parking spaces) and walk to 5 restaurants, Bud�s market, public bayside dock, and town. Six (6) large bedrooms, with five (5) full custom bathrooms as well as one (1) half bath, will be able to accommodate any size family and friends, with hardwood floors throughout. This home was designed to sleep 14 people comfortably. The main kitchen is complete with Carrera marble countertops, GE Premium Monogram built-in refrigerator and freezer, gas range/oven, built in Sharp microwave, and a huge 5 seat counter Height Island (5ft by 6.6ft) wide. The living and dining rooms are equipped with a separate wet bar, ice maker and under counter refrigerator. These rooms open up to an expansive covered second floor deck, this area is 420 square feet of additional living space. You can then proceed to the incredible one of kind in Stone Harbor third floor sun deck with its own wet bar, ice machine and under counter refrigerator; this area is over 510 square feet in size. The first floor family room overlooks the heated pool and Jacuzzi area where there is also a pool side covered pavilion this area is 168 square feet and storage area of approximately 100 square feet. This pavilion has a built in refrigerator, wet bar, ice machine, entertainment center, gas grill and lounge chairs in the perfect spots to ensure family and friends have an enjoyable experience in and out of the sun. Mary's home is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Stone Harbor has to offer. Easily walkable to the stores and downtown area, and only a block off the beach! The park and recreation center across the streets makes for a quiet environment you and your friends or family can enjoy for a relaxing beach getaway. The home is perfect to host large groups with restrooms for each bedroom, multiple living rooms and even a heated pool. If you are looking to explore Stone Harbor I can't encourage this property enough.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious home. Our daughter got married in Stone Harbor and we were able to comfortably accommodate our family. The common areas were stocked with very much all you need to spend a memorable time there. We did not use the pool but it look clean and well kept like the rest of the outside areas. The beach is only a few short blocks away and there is beach gear stored that you can use. Communication with Mary was prompt, professional, helpful and cordial. We’d love to come back and stay at Rest A Shore again.

My family was looking for a single house in Stone Harbor that could house us as we gathered to celebrate the lives of my in-laws (who used to vacation in Stone Harbor). This place checked all of the boxes and provided a wonderful venue for the group of adult children and grandchildren, along with two young great-grandchildren. There is plenty of space to gather both inside and (when the weather cooperates) outside. For individuals who may struggle with stairs, it is possible to either stay on the first floor (small living area) or walk up the stairs once and make the second floor their home. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable -- and there are plenty of bathrooms. If you plan to swim and it is early in the season, reach out to the owner - she had the pool company turn on the heater for us. There is no hot tub - despite what the listing might say. The outdoor decks and porches give you the option of sun or shade. It is close to the beach and about a mile from downtown.The owner, Mary, was quick to communicate and great to work with. I highly recommend this home both in and out of beach season in Stone Harbor!
