About this house rental
Terraced house approx. 50 m from the marina. The house is a part of Ærø Marina which consists of 37 houses. The house was renovated in 2007 in bright colours. The port has miniature golf and playground. Approx. 200 m to the centre of town.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Die Ærø Marina war sehr schön eingerichtet.Die Wohnung war sauber.Es fehlte an nichts.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral.Ein paar Meter sind es nur bis zum Supermarkt.Man ist sehr schnell am Hafen.Es gibt die Möglichkeit am Hafen zu grillen und einfach nur die Ruhe zu geniessen.Ich selber war vor fünfzig Jahren das erste mal mit meinen Eltern auf dieser Insel.Inzwischen Fähre ich selber mit meiner Familie immer wieder gerne hier her.
