About this house rental
Holiday cottage with 21 m² swimming pool located on a large, secluded plot. The house has a good layout with a bright kitchen with every modern amenity. Open connection to the living room which is tastefully furnished with bright furniture and a wood-burning stove. There is a PlayStation2. In the pool area you have room to frolic in the pool or just relax in the prefilled whirlpool for 4 persons. The quality and taste of furniture in the house is well-thought and all bedrooms have comfortable beds. There is an energy-friendly heat pump. On the surrounding terraces you can enjoy the sun all day. The garden has trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
