About this house rental
Holiday cottage with 21 m² swimming pool located on a large, secluded plot. The house has a good layout with a bright kitchen with every modern amenity. Open connection to the living room which is tastefully furnished with bright furniture and a wood-burning stove. There is a PlayStation2. In the pool area you have room to frolic in the pool or just relax in the prefilled whirlpool for 4 persons. The quality and taste of furniture in the house is well-thought and all bedrooms have comfortable beds. There is an energy-friendly heat pump. On the surrounding terraces you can enjoy the sun all day. The garden has trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location was peaceful and ideal for a family getaway, We appreciated the well-furnished living area and the bright kitchen, It was great to have a barbecue on the terrace for our summer dinners, We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay,

We had such a fun time here! The house was super spacious for our crew of 8, and the pool was def the highlight, I loved how the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals, and the living room was cozy with that wood-burning stove, Cleanliness was on point, and the beds were comfy after a long day of exploring nearby museums, Only thing was, the BBQ grill could’ve used a bit more cleaning, But overall, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Die Entfernungen zu Strand, Einkauf, Attraktionen waren annehmbar. / Leider waren alle Bäume zur Terrasse hin abgesägt worden, so dass jeder Autofahrer und jeder Fußgänger freien Einblick auf die Terrasse und das Fenster zum Poolbereich hatte. Ein Ausweichen mit den Gartenmöbeln war leider nicht möglich, da es keine Rundum-Terrasse gab. Diese Angaben in der Hausbeschreibung stimmen leider nicht. Es ist kein "abgeschirmtes" Grundstück, eine "umliegende" Terrasse gibt es auch nicht und einen Grill hat der Vermieter leider auch nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Hochbetrieb im Sommer wird man also ständig beim Faulenzen auf der Terrasse beobachtet.
