Renovated holiday cottage with tasteful, personal furnishings, large bright rooms and a completely secluded patio located on a large, common dune plot just approx. 600 m from the ocean and beach. The house was renovated in 2015 and has open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating. The large windows let in a lot of sunlight and make the living room bright and appealing. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and costless heating. There is a small, covered terrace as well as a 100 m² large patio. The terrace has sunbeds and a grill. The common plot borders the beach. The area has a common playground with ball field, swings, sandpit and slide. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
