About this house rental
Large 2-story hokiday cottage located on a 3200 m² plot with lawn and a nice view over the fjord. 110 m² terraces around the house, so you can always find a sheltered spot. There is also a 16 m² large annex. The ground floor has a 45 m² large living room with beautiful view over the fjord, large kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and hallway. On the 1st floor are a living room with exceptional panoramic views over the fjord and a large bedroom. Cot and highchair, swings and sandpit plus fireplace. Electric heating and central heating and energy-saving solar energy. Washing machine and dishwasher.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
