The house was built in 1962 and lastly renovated in 2010 with open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, annex, bathroom with shower, guest toilet, closed courtyard and open and covered terrace. The furnishings is bright, modern and tasteful. The many windows provide good lighting all day. The many m² and the large living areas provide plenty of room for the family both indoor and outdoor. The terrace has a grill and corners for sunbathing or ball games with the children. Free admitrance to water park. No letting to youth and builder groups.
