About this house rental
Fresh linens and towels are delivered on day of arrival (including beach towels during warmer months).
Walk to beach in 7/10 of a mile. Walk to downtown restaurants in 4/10 of a mile. Quiet dead-end street, wooded property. Large yard on 1/2 acre of land with patio and screened porch. Trolley stop at end of street. Propane fire-pit available for use in warmer months, fireplace available for use in months of October - April.
A cooler and beach blanket along with a beach umbrella are provided. Propane grill on outside porch. Consumables are not provided, however a minimal amount will likely be available to get you started (i.e., toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, and condiments).
Peloton bike in the basement (shoes not provided).

We had an amazing stay in Ogunquit! The property had even more amenities than listed and it was so convenient to use the spices, storage containers and Brita during our stay. The outdoor space and grill were perfect for taking in the beauty around the home. Checking in was easy and linens and towels were waiting for us as we arrived. The location was perfect for dining, shopping and heading to the beach. Communication was easy with Daniel, thank you for a perfect family stay!

Daniel was wonderful to work with! Checkin was easy, home is beautiful and he has a binder filled with all the information about the house; fireplace, TVs, etc. I highly recommend him and his home.
