Well-kept and spacious cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large dune plot approx. 400 meters from the North Sea. The pool area is ideal for relaxation and well-being and consists of 16 m & # 178; swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and shower. The kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room, contains i.a. dishwasher, freezer, microwave and stove with ceramic hobs and convection oven. From the bright and well-appointed living room there is a large view of the pool area via a large glass section. The living room includes wood burning stove, DVD player and TV. For the children there is a cot and high chair. From the living room there is access to the south-facing terrace, which invites to sunbathing and coziness, and on the north side of the house there is a large terrace with built-in petanque court (bring your own balls). There is a swing. There is energy-friendly air to water heat pump, which heats the water in the pool. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
