See Eastport at its best, as you look out the window from this beautiful 2 bedroom 2nd story apartment right on Eastport Harbor, located right in the center of downtown. You can watch fishing and lobster boats coming and going all day long, untying and heading out to fish, returning, tying up, unloading their catch. Sit on your deck and enjoy the beautiful Canadian Islands like Deer Island & Campobello Island-home of Roosevelt International Park. This brand new apartment has full kitchen with all new appliances and water views from almost all windows. Has living room with HDTV/dvd/cable/internet. Has outdoor deck facing water. Has full bathroom with tub/shower. Two bedrooms have one full-size bed and one queen-size bed, with views down Water Street, the main street in Eastport. All of our bed linens are 100% cotton, and are washed in hypoallergenic detergent, then are air-dried in the fresh Eastport salt-air! There is off-street parking for up to two cars. Location is directly across from Post Office, and easy walk to downtown restaurants like the Waco Diner, The Happy Crab, The Old Sow Grill, Quoddy Bay Lobster, Landmark 1887, coffee shop, galleries, shops. Have the best view of the Fourth of July or Pirates' Festival Parades from your windows overlooking Water Street. Walk from this apartment to the Eastport Breakwater to fish off the pier, or board Pier Pressure or Ocean Obsession boats to go whale-watching. Walk downstairs to the first floor to see fine art at the Eastport Gallery. This is the BEST LOCATION in Eastport!

My wife and our dog had a great stay down east. Views of the sunrise were incredible from the balcony. And the kitchen was equipped for us to cook comfortably.

Looking over the harbor was amazing! Watching the boats leave in the am and come in at night was something we had never experienced before ! We even saw a whale, so cool! The location was perfect for exploring Eastport and the surrounding area. Barb and Tom had everything we needed to buy local food and cook it in our apartment.

"Wonderful Water Views From This Beautiful Apartment Centrally Located Downtown!" The description of this apartment on Vrbo is right on! When we walked into the apartment, the lovely space was filled with sunshine. The apartment is arranged with a comfortable, thoughtful decor. The attention to detail is apparent throughout: the kitchen, seating areas, bedrooms, and bathroom. And the location is ideal. Our Eastport stay was a truly wonderful experience!

Although we did enjoy our stay at the apartment, the deck was covered with a slick layer of algae and some of the boards seemed unsafe to stand on so we were not comfortable using it which was a disappointment since that seemed like one of the great amenities.
There was also some miscommunication with another group who had been told they could use part of the parking lot. I had worked it out with the first gentleman when a woman who thought they should have access to more of the parking spaces started yelling at me that I needed to move my car RIGHT NOW!!! which was very upsetting. Also, time to change out the lock on the trash box as it is very rusty and left our hands covered in rust when we took the trash out before we left but all in all it was a good stay
