About this house rental
A wonderfully located holiday home on a headland by the fjord, 10 km from Halsa. From the 36 m² large terrace you can see the fjords, islands and majestic mountains. Perfect for anyyone looking for peace and quiet, as the house is located on an old farm, where the closest neighbour is 100 metres away. The place is on a relatively flat peninsula with forests. 400 metres to a beach. A country road with little traffic passes by the house. The single beds can be combined into double beds. Boat for rent 100 metres from the house: 18 ft Øien 530F with 40 hp Yamaha 4-stroke motor, control panel, el.start, chartplotter/GPS/sonar and 6 rodholders. Excellent fishing conditions with shallow banks between islands and in the fjord, making it safe to fish whatever the weather. Life jackets are included and the garage has running water and lights for gutting the fish, as well as space for storing fishing equipment. There is also an outdoor fish cleaning table. Kristiansund is 30 minutes away by boat. The salmon- and trout-river of Bævra is 30 km away. Catch trout in a lake 8 km away. Drive to Kristiansund, 58 km + 2 ferries, or the Atlantic Road (87 km + 20 minute ferry), Molde (79 km + 20 minute ferry), or Trondheim (178 km).

This holiday home was perfect for our family getaway! The terrace offered stunning views of the fjords, and we spent every evening soaking in the wood-fuelled bath barrel, The location is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Kristiansund for a day trip, Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

We enjoyed our stay but felt the house could use some updates, The furniture was a bit dated, although it was still functional, The location was fantastic, and it was nice to be close to nature! The outdoor fish cleaning table was a unique feature that we appreciated,

A great place for a fishing trip! The boat rental just a short walk away made it easy to explore the fjord, Caught some good trout and salmon, The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, Would definitely come back!
