About this house rental
A holiday cottage with a good location in a quiet area. The house was last renovated in 2009 (the bathroom). The kitchen has an open connection to the living and dining room with a wood-burning stove. From here you can access the sunroom. Cable TV and Wi-Fi via fibre cable. Enjoy the sun on the terraces. The house is located on a natural plot with lawns and surrounding trees, where you can relax in a peaceful atmosphere. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The bathroom renovation from 2009 looked classic but was very clean. The kitchen opens up to the living room, which made for a nice flow. The terrace gets sunshine most of the day, ideal for morning coffee outside. Trees around the lawn provided a pleasant sense of privacy.
