This holiday apartment on the first floor at Balka, south of Nexø, has bright furnishings. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is a communicating room. Big, open terrace with garden furniture and grill. Covered terrace. Lovely area with great nature - direct access to bird sanctuary and bicycle track to Balka, Snogebæk and Dueodde. Close to one of the finest sandy beaches and to charming Snogebæk, a fishing hamlet, with nice restaurants and shops. Electricity and heating are included in the rent. Boxer TV with ZDF among other channels.

This place offers what you need for a comfortable stay, The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meal prep easy, The bedrooms were cozy, and we appreciated the multiple bathrooms, It’s close to Balka Beach, so we spent a lot of time there, A few minor quirks with the heating initially, but the landlord was quick to help us out, Overall, a pleasant experience without any major complaints,
