This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home sleeps up to eight guests and is the perfect setting for a fun-filled family getaway. Located just one block from the beach and within easy walking or biking distance to Tybee’s “Downtown” shops, restaurants, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, it is perfectly positioned for a memorable family getaway.
Inside, the home offers a comfortable and casual atmosphere with plenty of space for families or groups to relax and unwind. Enjoy peaceful community views from the balcony, kick back in the cozy living room with smart TVs, or prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, appliances, and a dining area perfect for group gatherings. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience.

House was great! Just as described with lots of space for the 5 of us. Perfect location just a block from the boardwalk we had a ton of fun and will be returning to Tybee again!!

Rental property location was perfect for two families with kids under 10. Easy access to beach (one block plus the boardwalk). 2-5 blocks to restaurants and the the strand shopping. 12th St beach access was not crowded and plenty of room for families with kids to sprawl out. Note that we brought the kids scooters and enjoying seeing the homes and cottages on the smaller streets for walks in the evening. We were told no golf cart rental at this house because it is on Butler and no carts are allowed to travel on Butler st. Walking/scooters worked out fine! Depending on your beach needs, highly suggest a wagon/cart for ease of travel.
House had plenty of open space and nice porch for afternoon break from the beach! Picnic table for kids activities was useful. The outdoor shower was an added bonus though the pallet style floor has seen better days and should probably be repaired soon. Not much outdoor space for play but there is a covered patio out back with a 6ft plastic picnic table we utilized while grilling etc
Great trip! Tybee did not disappoint! We will be back!
