חוויה מעולה. דירה מרווחת, נקיה, מיקום מצוין, שכונה שקטה, מגוון חנויות נוחות וסופרים במרחק דקת נסיעה. בעלת הבית זמינה לכל עניין. הכל יעיל, נקי, מתוחזק. חוויה מצוינת ויופי של תמורה לעלות.
כדאי להחליף את השמיכות מסינטטיות לכותנה.

הדירה גדולה ומרווחת , מצויידת כהלכה לארח משפחה גדולה , תקשורת ותהליך כניסה היה פשוט ונוח , ניקיון בתוך הדירה טוב מאוד , תיאור הדירה תאם את מה שהיה בה כולל כל המגבות , סבונים וכד... נוף יפה :)
ניקיון במרפסת (מלאה אבק) ובבריכה (היה לא מעט ליכלוך בתחתית הבריכה ) טעון שיפור חלק מהמיטות לא נוחות כולל המיטה בחדר השינה הראשי שחסרים בה מדפי תמיכה מתחת למזרון ...

Отличная просторная квартира. Удобное заселение. Наличие парковки. Чудесный бассейн и зона отдыха. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым. Большой холодильник. Два санузла. Посудомоечная и стиральная машина. Хорошие кондиционеры.
