Arredo semplice ma carino e particolare, attrezzature complete.

Il giardino è l'ingresso un po' in disordine...forse per colpa di altri inquilini della palazzina.

Very great stay at Home boat apt. Checked in with kind and nice owners. The house was superb clean. A lot of home accessories which are important and good taste, for using them with pleasure and... much more! Everything looks perfect together. Preparing meals is very nice and eating on the terrace, where is very private and has sea view.. :) But if you prefer eating outside you will find many options, even after the season. There were a good quality Italian espresso as well. Bedroom is very comfortable and again, with a taste. Rooms have high rooftops, so the space feeling is very good, there is laundry place as well, umbrellas for the beach, nice backyard with place to wash feet after the beach 💕and beautiful flowers smell. Nice beach is super close. Good grocery stores as well in the neighborhood, same with the bus station (nice20-30walk or bicycle/car could be very useful time to time). In Avola you can rent a scooter. Avola is beautiful. Very good stay and hopefully to be back soon.

The apartment was nice, the terace is great. Too get fast to a beach the location is really nice.

When we arrived there were already a lot of ants in the apartment. The kitchen had just salt, not even oil so we had to buy everything. The location is good and bad at the same time. The beach is close but things like the supermarket and city center are pretty far away to walk (We could have rented a scooter, but what would be the point to drive to the city 3km and back + it is expensive, for a day it is 50-65). The terace is fantastic but so hot during the day that you can't spend time there. The host said there would be bikes to rent, the bikes were old and undrivable.

Everything! The apartment is new, clean, spacey and well equipped, the veranda is big. The hosts are very hospitable, thank you very much!!
