Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ βολική. Επίσης διέθετε χώρο στάθμευσης Ι.Χ.. Η ύπαρξη κουζίνας με μεγάλο ψυγείο δίνει τη δυνατότητα προσωρινής αποθήκευσης τροφίμων καθώς και προετοιμασίας γευμάτων για οικογένειες. Επίσης διέθετε πλυντήριο ρούχων που βοήθησε στην καθημερινή καθαριότητα των μαγιό και των πετσετών θαλάσσης.
Το μοναδικό πρόβλημα ήταν η ηχομόνωση του δωματίου καθώς απλές συνομιλίες ήταν αντιληπτές τόσο από τον κοινόχρηστο διάδρομο έξω από το κατάλυμα καθώς και από το διπλανό δωμάτιο.

מאוד מאוד נקי, המארחים מאוד נחמדים ועזרו בכל דבר, המיקום בול על הרחוב הראשי ויש חנייה ממש מתחת לדירה.
הכל היה מעולה רק הייתי שמחה אם הייתה שמיכת פוך ולא סדין והזרם במקלחת היה קצת חלש

Perfecte ligging in rustige straat in het centrum van lefkadas. Prive parkeerplaats direct bij appartement.
Bij het appartement geen zitje buiten, wel bij de studio. Maar meestalnis het toch te warm om daar te zitten en loop je gezellig de stad in naar een terrasje.
