The description of the location was inadequate - we asked several locals before being told where to look. The back of the building was visible from the main road but the picture was of the front door entrance which was up a no exit alleyway. I sent 3 messages after checking in requesting bedding for the sofa bed and recevied no reply even though we stayed 2 nights.
