Beautiful area.

Room very comfortable and shower was excellent. Evening meal was exceptional. Quiet sleep. Breakfast tasty and eggs cooked to order.

5pm check in was not good, but obviously, hoteliers' privilege. Apart from that it was grand.

Biking the TdF Cols!

Warm welcom, plenty of Parking , super Restaurant with exzellent BBQ‘d Food! Great Place to relax after a lenghty bike tour or just take a Walk along the River! Great Hosts!

Good accommodation on the Route des Grandes Alpes.

Located directly along the Route des Grandes Alpes. Nicely furnished room with modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and served on the upstairs restaurant terrace.

Path from car park to room entry could be improved. Path was uneven and could be muddy in wet weather. May be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Superb

While travelling on Route des Grandes Alpes this location was perfect for us. Especially we loved the breakfast that was brought in a basket. It was a memorable great moment :-)!

Great place to discover the Mercantour

Friendly lady welcomed us “Mama Rita” and ensured a good breakfast.

Some road noise and hot tub not really private. We suggest a small wooden fence to be installed.

Somewhat disappointing.

Breakfast was basic but acceptable- could have done with more than one butter each, and only one coffee pod each.

No instructions for the Nespresso machine. Wi-Fi did not work. Location somewhat disappointing. Prior visitors comments on evening meals and special breakfasts are no longer relevant - as no longer offered. (Change of owners ?). Owners should provide sat nav co-ordinates as road name is not on car sat nav or google maps. Post code took us 10K up narrow road above Uvernet - Fours. Nearest restaurant is a very long walk -need a car. Opening window for ventilation at night meant we were kept awake by noise from jacuzzi immediately outside. The floor was very creaky so any bathroom visits would wake your partner.

Not what we expected by reading the reviews.

Nicely decorated room, breakfast served in a basket with good products unfortunately no cheese. Because we could not eat at the location, we had an excellent diner at the restaurant Auberge du Bachelard which is very close.

No WIFi. No refrigerator. And although we read in the review that we could eat very good there, there are new owners so that was no possible. We only saw the host a few minutes at arrival after that we could only reach them by phone. So that is not convenient. And be aware that if you come from Allos you have to take a very challenging and scary road to get there. Close to a busy road.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn't work, and I didn't know how to reset it. The owners were not available. This is not entirely negative, I just don't understand such things. Perhaps a tip sheet to help future occupants.

Excellent chalet near Barcelonette with wonderful hosts

Excellent stay in a large chalet surrounded by stunning mountains and fir trees just outside Barcelonette. The room was very spacious, tasteful and spotlessly clean. The relaxing 30 minutes in the jacuzzi after we arrived was much appreciated. However, even more memorable than the surroundings was the welcome from the hosts who cooked us a wonderful evening meal and prepared the kind of breakfast that makes you wish you didn't have to hit the road so soon. What was planned as a simple one night stop-over became one of the highlights of our trip.

Into the forest

Amazing location, directly connected with the forest, very good breakfast served in a magic room. Host ready to help for anything, and always smiling. We were with 2 road bikes and location is perfect for try all the cols of the Ubaye valley.

Very spacious bedroom in a contemporary style. We love the outdoor jacuzzi. Dinner and breakfast are both great. The owner is an excellent chef. The property is very nice.

The wood or parquet floor creaks in some areas of the bedroom. I am a light sleeper and got woken up couple of times during the night while my other half went to use the bathroom!!

Parfait

L'emplacement et la configuration de l'établissement correspondait tout à fait à notre attente. Chambre spacieuse (dans laquelle nous avons pu stocker nos vélos en toute sécurité) et bien équipée. Aucune gêne en provenance du restaurant à l'étage. Restaurant dont nous avons d'ailleurs profité et apprécié la qualité proposée. David et Charlotte forment un binôme très agréable, qui nous accueille en toute simplicité : on sentirait presque chez des amis !

Le parquet qui grince :) mais c:ompensé par un lit très confortable (et comme on n'est pas censé se promener la nuit ... tout va bien !)

Super séjour au Passe montagne

La grande disponibilité des hôtes (ils ont accepté de servir le petit dej plus tôt alors qu'ils terminent tard le soir au restaurant) Le restaurant est super, je vous conseille vraiment d'y aller. Le petit déjeuner parfait, très complet Tout est très propre, on se sent très bien dans les chambres et c'est très confortable. Très bien placé pour les cyclistes comme nous Je recommande sans hésiter.

Contrairement à ce qui est noté dans l'annonce, il n'y avait pas de jacuzzi (impossibilité pour le gérant de mettre à jour l'annonce sur Booking) Notre chambre était sous la salle à manger, ce qui est un peu bruyant (meubles déplacés)

Très beau chalet tenu par un couple hyper-sympathique, très attachant. Une cuisine de qualité et de bons vins. Lieu très propre et bien situé pour visiter Barcelonnette, une petite ville dynamique, insolite en raison de ses références mexicaines. Un moment de détente sans pareil. À ne pas rater!

Un séjour en montagne réussi !

La proximité avec la station de Super Sauze et de Pra Loup. C'est un petit cocon de douceur, très agréable et au calme. Ambiance chalet garantie. Les petites attentions du couple de propriétaires qui nous avait préparé une chambre romantique pour l'événement que nous souhaitions. Les petit-déjeuners et le dîner étaient super. Chambre grande et moderne.

Il y a peu de réseau en général dans le chalet mais c'est idéal pour pleinement déconnecter.
