Very unfriendly and overreacting hosts who lied about no showing up at the property and dirty smelly room.

Pool was ok

Very unfriendly hosts. Room wasn’t clean with bad smell inside. Leftovers from food in the fridge & kitchen. Personal items inside the bathroom shells with hair; bed sheets with spots… when I wrote to the hosts about it, they replied very angry & overreacted and asked us to leave the next morning! Cause no one ever complained to them and how dare I! The coming morning they screamed on us in French to leave the property, despite our child 3 years old was still sleepy and it was about 9 am. After we left they noted to Booking.com that we never appeared at the property and cancelled the stay! Means that we would never get the 1 night refund and also would be not able to review the property! Which is totally unacceptable lying! So we had to call Booking.com customer support to say that we stayed 1 night and the property and had been thrown out by the hosts. Very negative experience.

Country stay. Well decorated and furnished.

Tasteful decoration. Roomy. Secure parking. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Nice patio.

Stickler for exact time unit available. Didn't like fragrance used for freshners. Had to set those outside because reaction to them. No clothes washer. Not a fan of bedding and pillows. Prefer traditional and top sheet. Maybe some throws in winter.

Very good

Nice, quiet appartment on a residential neighbourhood. Comfortable bed. Everything was correct. Easy contact with host (who lives in the same building). I didn't have the chance to try the swimming pool because of weather.

Unusable wifi with constant interrupts; and there's a lousy mobile cover in the area, therefore you're offline most of the time even if you have a mobile connection. Far from shops, restaurants or services of any kind. You need to use your vehicle for everything, unless you're ready for a 20' minutes walk to the nearest village.

Very Convenient, Comfortable Studio with a Great Host

Very nice and clean. Great host to welcome us. Everything was very convenient and well organized.

Nothing except the fact that the road to get there was a little narrow. Just be aware that it is a studio with a space designed for the bedroom and another space for the living/dining room/kitchen.

Mucho potencial pero descuidado

Muy linda propiedad, con espacio al aire libre, estacionamiento, linda zona para llegar con auto, con vajilla completa. Bien para pasar una noche y con detalles como pañuelitos descartables, chileno, etc.

No me gustó que siendo para 4 personas no hubiera 4 almohadas. En la cama grande 2 almohadones grandes y 2 chicos pero no almohadas con sus fundas. El sillón cama incómodo para dormir dos adultos grandes, el colchón es fino y se sienten las tablas. No había sábanas para la cama del sillón. No había 4 toallones de ducha uno para cada uno, sino más bien 2 toallones, 1 de tamaño intermedio y dos toallas de mano. Un acolchado que usamos estaba sucio y con aspecto descuidado. La cafetera no la usamos porque estaba totalmente sucia. No había ni gel de ducha, ni shampoo. La barra de la mesada toda pegoteada. Olor a cigarrillo.

Tappa intermedia con visita in Provenza e pomeriggio di relax in piscina

In primis la piscina, in una giornata di caldo estremo è stata una piacevolissima oasi di fresco. La struttura è in una strada privata lontana dai servizi, quindi raggiungibile solo in auto. Non sono presenti servizi di ristorazione (bar, ristoranti, supermercati) nei paraggi, quindi è necessario spostarsi in auto per raggiungerli. L’appartamento è come appare in foto, strutturato in un unico ambiente, accessibile dalla grande porta a vetri che da sul piazzale della villetta (dove vive la famiglia dell’host), con posto auto privato accanto all’appartamento. Il condizionatore è risultato sufficiente a garantire una temperatura confortevole nell’appartamento. Gli spazi sono limitati ma ben ragionati, con molte prese elettriche e punti di appoggio. Il divano letto non è confortevole come un letto vero ma è assolutamente accettabile. Noi siamo rimasti solo una notte ed è stata una buona esperienza, per periodi maggiori non possiamo esprimerci. WI-FI discreto.

Non abbiamo trovato acqua o cialde di cortesia, ed essendo una struttura lontana dai servizi sarebbe stata una cortesia gradita. In particolare per le cialde del caffè, in quanto è scomodo dover comprare cialde sempre diverse in ogni alloggio dove si pernotta, soprattutto per chi, come noi, pernotta una sola notte. Sarebbe stato un piacevolissimo “benvenuti”. Piccola nota dolente, la struttura l’abbiamo trovata pulita anche se con un odore non piacevolissimo all’arrivo (odore che non abbiamo saputo identificare, ma non era di scarico). Invece alcune posate e bicchieri li abbiamo trovati sporchi, con bicchieri che avevano anche il segno del rossetto di qualche precedente ospite. Sono cose che dovrebbero pulire gli ospiti, come segnalato anche all’interno dell’appartamento, però un controllo da parte dei proprietari eviterebbe a chi arriva di dover porre rimedio.

Convenable pour 2 jours mais pas pour un long séjour

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous (près du lieu de réception de mariage où nous allions). Le lit très confortable. L'espace intérieur suffisant pour deux personnes.

la machine à café a fonctionné 1 fois sur les 2 jours, il n'y avait pas de dosettes à dispo donc difficile de prendre les bonnes (qu'on a d'ailleurs laissées sur place).

Une bonne idée à peaufiner.

Les informations à l'avance sur les clés et le stationnement. L'agencement pratique et l'equipement fonctionnel. Une décoration soignée. Jeune homme poli.

Arrivée dans le noir, les pieds dans l'eau (effet cuvette à l'entrée). Les infiltrations d'eau chambre et entrée. Fuite d'eau (sous le lavabo). Manque d'insonorisation (bébé qui pleure, machine qui tourne, porte qui s'ouvre). Une personne est venue frapper à 8h le premier jour. Outils eparpillés. On ne se sent pas dans un logement isolé.

Bonsoir moi et ma petite famille fût bien reçu . Des personnes chalereux à l'écoute et très présents pour X petit raisons . Tous était bien pour nous dans l'ensemble . On vous le recommande , la location vaut sont prix pour cette période et oui il se situe bien juste à côté de Roquebrune-sur-argent tres belle vue côté piscine , même si on a pas pu en profiter . De toute façon même si c'était l'été on aurait pas pu en profiter non plus , vue qu'on partait toute la journée. On partait tôt pour retourner tard ☺️ . Et oui visité un max de choses en trois jours faut pas resté devant une picine 😅 et vue que c'est l'hiver le soir c'est trop froid pour ce prélasser devant la piscine non plus. Ou resté dehors pour regardé le ciel étoiles aussi magnifique soit il 😜. . Je remercie DIEU qu'on à eu pendant 3jrs un beau ciel bleu et un beau soleil depuis notre arrivé jusqu'à notre départ. J'y conte bien revenir au même endroit, si j'ai la possibilité et si elle reste en location l'année prochaine dommage j'ai complètement oublié de prendre les photos du lieu . Mais croyez moi elle est exactement comme sur les photos. J'ai juste que trois petit malheureux photos désolé. Ma devise : ( À chacun son propre expérience) celle là fût la mienne et m'a petite famille . Je remercie ces personnes resté comme vous être je vous ai bien apprécié ma famille aussi A bientôt

La piscine est un coin de paradis où règne calme et zenitude. Tout est très beau et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.
