No cleaning fees for 4+ night rentals. Linens, Towels, Laundry and paper products are included. You won’t need to start your trip at the grocery store buying the basics. No need to rent bikes either. We got 'em. Low country boil night? No sweat. The steamer and table are ready to go. Grilling? Gas grill on hand. Don't need a whole week? No problem. The longer you stay the better the discount but you can book as little as 4 nights in the high season and as little as 3 nights in the off season with a $200 cleaning fee. How's that for easy? Don't let the average price per night fool you when comparing. It doesn't tell the whole story.

The Surf City/Topsail area is well known for being a quiet family oriented vacation spot. The beaches are clean and rarely crowded. The ability to enjoy the sound and the ocean lend itself to an amazing experience that you won't find anywhere else.
We picked this house because of the view and it's proximity to the beach access while staying far enough off the main road that it is quiet and peaceful. The beach access is at the end of the street. It is set up to sleep 10. Two Master Bedrooms with King Beds, a Guest room with a Queen Bed and a kids room with a bunk bed and two extra twin mattress' if needed.
We tried to think of everything that you might use at home and would want on vacation. This reverse floor plan home is new to the rental market and professionally decorated. Parking is plentiful with a 4 car driveway. Bring the less mobile family members, this home has an elevator to make it easy for them to enjoy their vacation too.

In a sea of so many rentals, pick this one! They take such care in the amenities! Being off the beach was a nice way to force yourself to stay and enjoy a little longer! Beach chairs, an awesome beach cart, boogie boards, fish fry, grill, hot tub, comfy couches, beds and amazing sheets! So great!! We would love to stay again! Most AMAZING sunsets and way to wake up looking over the marsh(bonus peeps the sunrise around the corner too) ! 10/10

This home was CLEAN, spacious, comfortable, and the perfect location. You really get the best of both worlds! The house is a short walk to the beach, but also offers a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway from the rear deck. The view is amazing and picturesque sunsets. The hosts were very accommodating! They genuinely want you to feel at home. Bikes, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, hot tub and more! We hope to stay here again!

Wow! Everything about this home and location was perfect! From check in to check out and everything in between was divine. House was exceptionally clean on arrival. The house was so well appointed that it was like being in our own home. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach was a short walk and enjoyed having the beach chairs to use. Bikes, hot tub and the amazing shrimp boil cooker were a hit also! Then you have the sunsets-wow! Gorgeous! We will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful rental!
