This ultimate Key West dream home is nestled in the highly desirable residential Old Town neighborhood of Solares Hill, just a quick walk from Duval Street and the Historic Seaport areas. The comfortable accommodations boast high-end bedding and upgraded bathrooms and the private resort-style pool area with four separate seating options is to die for. THE LIVING AREA...
The grand living room is truly big enough for the whole family to enjoy. The only disagreement will be what to watch on that huge flat screen TV with surround sound speakers, complete with SmartTV functionality including access to WiFi, expanded cable and DVD/BluRay. With the deeply vaulted ceiling, the open plan design is truly dramatic and perfect for a big family gathering. The dining table will seat up to ten in a pinch, and there's more seating at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen will be a delight for the most demanding chef, complete with all of the luxury appliances and tools you'll need to whip up the perfect island meal when taking a break from the fantastic Key West restaurants within walking distance of VILLA OLIVIETTA.

The private pool area of VILLA OLIVIETTA was designed to be your own luxury oasis in the center of Old Town. With several different seating options for your choosing, this pool area has everything you could want. The lovely private saltwater pool offers heat and cooling capabilities to be enjoyed any time of year. There are plenty of chaise lounges to relax in the sunshine beside the water. For those who prefer shade; a pavilion with cabana-style day bed is offered. Be sure to take advantage of the full dining area under the palm trees, perfect for those breezy tropical nights.
