About this apartment rental

Friendly and modern 3-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in a 2-family house. Own entrance. The apartment has 2 rooms with two single beds and TV and a living room with sofa bed and TV. Parking is sufficiently in front of the house. Shops are about 200m away. The center can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Highway 7, B1 and B6 in 3 minutes. Hannover Messe in 19 minutes / 27 km. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne unf sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Kommunikation mit den "Vermietern" war wirklich super, alles lief komplikationslos und einwandfrei ab. Mitnehmen mussten wir auch nichts, da wirklich alles gestellt wurde. Immer wieder gerne:).

Die Lage und auch das Haus an sich sind gut. Sauberkeit auch weitestgehend. Steckdosen in Reichweite von Kleinkindern haben keinen Schutz. Möbel sind teilweise instabil. Schade, dass Vorbewohner reichlich Schäden an der Unterkunft hinterlassen haben. Reparaturen wurden nicht oder wenig durchgeführt. Fazit: an sich schöne Ferienwohnung mit einigen Mängeln. Für ein Wochenende zwar ausreichend , mehr jedoch nicht. Der hohe Preis ist hier nicht gerechtfertigt.
