Venice, next to the Gran Teatro La Fenice, 2 minutes from Piazza San Marco and Rialto.
The property is located in the historic center, a few seconds from the prestigious La Fenice Theater and the refined Calle Larga XXII marzo, the shopping district.
The recently renovated design apartment overlooks Campo San Fantin, is located on the second floor of a lovely building and consists of: large entrance hall, well-stocked kitchen, living room with beautiful views of the Campo to dine while admiring the view, bright double bedroom with king-size bed, single bedroom and windowed bathroom with shower.
The elements that compose it are modern and maintain at the same time the characteristics of Venetian houses: exposed beams, Venetian plaster on the walls. The fine finishes such as the wenge parquet, the yellow Carrara marble in the bathroom and kitchen and the fine leather that covers the furnishings of the master bedroom make it an elegant and hospitable residence.
The house is equipped with all comforts, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, LCD TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, independent heating.
In the immediate vicinity there are excellent restaurants, bacari and taverns where you can taste traditional dishes.
A few minutes walk you reach the well-stocked supermarket, the tobacco shop and the waterbus landing.

The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed this apartment and it was in a great location. our only negative was it was on the 3 floor and the steps were difficult to carry our bags being 80. But this was our only problem once we got our bags in the steps were fine for normal up and down trips.

The location of this unit was excellent. I was centrally located and easy to get to all parts of Venice, and multiple water bus (Vaperetto) stops. It's up two flights of stairs and there is no elevator but that was OK with us.
The unit was nice and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was definitely firm but I didn't mind.
I wished that the kitchen had a toaster and better English instructions for the washing machine and a drying rack would have been much appreciated.
I would stay here again if I were in Venice.

The apartment was in a good location and clean except for the shower which was old and very dirty. This apartment is rented as a two bedroom. After we checked in, later that night we realized that only one of the bedrooms had sheets and pillows . The other bedroom just had a blanket over the bed When I called the owner the next day she said they only make up the bedrooms based on the number of people. Since we only had two people, we only get one bedroom. She said she would drop off sheets, but would not make the bed. When I explained to her that if I rent a two bedroom apartment, I expect to get TWO bedrooms. It does not matter if I have two or three people. Im paying for two bedrooms! She was very nasty in saying that I should have communicated my sleeping arrangements to her ahead of time. It was my daughter and myself of the trip, and I should not have to explain my sleeping arrangements to her. If I pay for a two bedroom, that is what I expect to get.I was not happy with her attitude. Especially , after she changed the person meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys three times.
