The Village Square at Pico is a family-oriented community, primarily enjoyed by owners who value a peaceful, safe, and quiet environment. While the Association welcomes renters and encourages all guests to enjoy their stay, we ask that everyone respects the community standards in place to ensure a positive experience for all.
To maintain the integrity of the community, the Association has implemented the following rules:
Minimum Age Requirement:
• Renters must be at least 25 years old to occupy a unit.
Quiet Hours:
• Enforced daily from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a restful environment.
No Pet Policy:
• Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
The Association reserves the right to issue fines or take other enforcement actions if these rules are violated. While we aim to resolve any concerns directly with the unit owner or rental agency whenever possible, the Association may intervene immediately if the situation requires it.
We kindly ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and help us preserve the quality and tranquility of this community. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you enjoy your stay at The Village Square at Pico.

We spent three nights here and loved it all! The place was clean and the kitchen SO well stocked! There was even laundry detergent! The fireplace was a nice warm comfort after a long day on the slopes. All in all we’d love to come back to make more happy family memories!

This is the third season we have rented this unit and continue to love it. It is comfortable and well-stocked, immaculately clean well-located,etc,etc. If a minor glitch occurs, Lisa and her wonderful staff are ready to remedy the situation.

I typically come up to Killington every other week-end to ski since I sold my house of 20 years in Oct 2015. My kids love to ski and I bring them every time I go.

The location is good. The area was quite. The water pressure and temp was good. Room is dated. Carpet was nasty and needs deep cleaned. Coffee maker was so nasty it could not be used. The bed was completely broken down and uncomfortable. Shower curtain had mildew.
