Approx. 480 feet from the beach. A short walk to Salisbury center, for some pizza, fried dough, ice cream, games, arcades and some music and night life. We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. It's small, but the 4 of us thought they made good use of the space. We had issues with the TV but the hosts were quick to respond and try to resolve it. There is no designated driveway for parking one car, which we were told there is. However, the lot was a short walk away. The central air was key as it was a very hot week. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Cottage was clean and location is nice. The only thing was the deck was not usable. No place to hang wet towels or bathing suits. Could use a few more hooks inside to hang things but over-all the cottage is cute, and I enjoyed my stay very much. Would rent again.

We stayed over labor day weekend. It is a nice little beach house a short walk from Salisbury Beach and the center of Sailsbury. Easy access to newburyport and the surrounding are. Easy in and out with the owner and perfect for a short getaway. We had a great time and really appreciated the welcome gifts.Tip for those not familiar with Salisbury/Seabrook beach area. Parking is extremely tight! If you move you might have to park a little bit away from the rental. Comes with being right next to the beach!!
